Neil has been working with start-ups since 2000 and has worked with B2B marketing and demand generation since 2004 as Director of Client Operations for a San Jose, California based boutique lead generation firm. He holds a MBA from the University of Wales with a marketing specialization. Having worked with several aspects of marketing / lead generation with an extensive range of businesses across geographies, industry verticals, Neil decided to channel his experience and passion for social media marketing into founding BuzzFactory.net
Neil is responsible for the overall direction of BuzzFactory’s activities, driving content marketing, social media strategy for customers and account management for all marketing, business and technology content writing. He works very closely with each of the clients as well as each member of the internal team, has a very hands-on approach and you will find him involved with every account on a daily basis.

Noreen Sequeira – Content & Client Accounts
Noreen has been working closely with content, promotion and traffic building activity across a range of online products and sites. Having done copywriting and blogging for a number of varying sites from travel, fashion, shopping, lifestyle and more, Noreen has developed not just an ability to create compelling content across topics but also an inherent understanding of search engine optimization and online marketing.
Noreen is responsible for content delivery and account management for non-technical verticals including travel, lifestyle, fashion, news, design and more.

Yuliya Glushchenko – Social Media
Yuliya has a PhD in sociology and has over 8 years of teaching experience at the University of Dnipropetrovsk in Ukraine. With an active passion for social relationships and people, it was only natural for her to develop a keen interest in the online social environment and social media too.
Yuliya is responsible for managing content promotion activity across social media sites and online communities creating inward links critical to long term search traffic & driving referral traffic. Working across accounts, she works behind the scenes to create the buzz that’s critical to the social content marketing process.
